Our services include residential and commercial cleaning within the Bay Area.Booking is subject to availability.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages in your home or business. We are insured for liability coverage, but claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide safe access to the service location. Any pets should be secured during cleaning services.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under California state law.
